Eligibility Criteria (Prerequisites)

To be eligible for Fellowship Upgrade, applicants must meet the following mandatory criteria:

  • Current Full Membership and Good Standing: Applicants must be current Full Members of ISMNc and be in good financial standing with the Institute.
  • Re-certification/ Re-integration: All applicants must be current Full Members of the Institute and must have been duly re-certified/ re-integrated.
  • Nomination: Obtain nomination from two up-to-date Fellows of the Institute. A standardized nomination form will be included with the Application Form on the website.
  • Professional Development: Applicants must have attended at least two (2) MCPD workshops between June 1, 2024, and May 31, 2025.
  • Academic Qualification: Applicants must possess a minimum of a postgraduate degree from an accredited institution. Supporting documentation is required.
  • Career Progression: Applicants must have at least 15 years of professional experience, including 5 years at a top managerial level. Proof is required.
  • Active Chapter Involvement: Applicants must be active in their Chapter and obtain endorsement from the Chapter Chair. If their Chapter is inactive, national-level involvement and achievements will be considered.

Step 1: Download & Complete Form

Download the Fellowship Upgrade Application form and fill it out completely.

Step 2: Log In to Dashboard

Login to your ISMN membership dashboard and click “Pay Fees” from the menu.

Step 3: Make Payment

Select the “Fellowship Upgrade Application Fee” and complete your Paystack payment.

Step 4: Submit Documents

Send the completed form and payment receipt to fellowshipapplication@ismngc.org.

Step 5: Board Review

Your application will be reviewed and feedback sent to your email address.
